o Imagicaa Park Entry Ticket cancellations are NOT allowed once booked online or at the counter. No refunds are provided for full or partial cancellations before the visit date, and modifications are not permitted.

o In case of guest do not adhere to safety measures at the Park, Imagicaa holds the right of admission or to expel the guest from the Park premises for safety of all guests and employees without sighting any further reasons or explanations.
