🎉 BALL PIT RULES & REGULATIONS 🚫

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience in our ball pit, please follow the rules below:

1. No Jumping – For everyone’s safety, jumping or diving into the ball pit is strictly prohibited.

2. No Outside Food or Drinks – Kindly refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages into the ball pit area.

3. No Rough Play or Misbehavior – Aggressive behavior, pushing, or roughhousing will not be tolerated.

4. Respect Others – Be mindful of other guests. Let everyone enjoy the space equally.

5. No Shoes Allowed – Please remove your footwear before entering the ball pit. Socks must be worn at all times.

6. No Sharp Objects – Avoid carrying sharp objects, accessories, or loose items that can pose a safety risk.

7. No Climbing – Do not climb on the ball pit walls, structures, or equipment.

8. Children Must Be Supervised – Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

9. Use at Your Own Risk – ALTITUDE is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of belongings inside the ball pit.

10. Follow Staff Instructions – Our team is here for your safety. Please cooperate with all staff directions.
