On 5th September, the kitchen of INJA welcomes Kolkata’s celebrated Momo Queen, Chef Doma Wang, for her very first pop-up in Delhi.
Bringing together two acclaimed chefs and their distinct culinary worlds, Chef Doma Wang and Chef Adwait come together for a one-day collaboration, exploring the meeting point of Doma’s Himalayan heritage and INJA’s Indo-Japanese finesse.
Ranked the 5th Best Chef in India in'25 and Restaurateur of the Year'26, Chef Doma brings her cherished family recipes, hand-rolled dumplings, soul-warming broths and deeply rooted Himalayan flavours to Delhi.
She joins Chef Adwait, the acclaimed chef behind INJA, a Condé Nast awardee restaurant known for its thoughtful interplay of Indian and Japanese flavours.
Together, they present an exclusively curated menu, bringing Doma’s regional cooking into dialogue with Adwait’s precision-driven techniques and contemporary Indo-Japanese approach.
One day. Two acclaimed chefs. One table where Himalayan tradition meets Indo-Japanese finesse. A rare culinary collaboration, crafted especially for Delhi.
