On July 30th and 31st from 7 PM onwards, the kitchens of two acclaimed Condé Nast awardee restaurants, Delhi's INJA and Mumbai's Seefah become one at INJA, Delhi.
Chef Adwait and Chef Seefah are coming together to cook food they love, exploring what happens when the kitchens of India, Japan, and Thailand meet.
It is a genuine dialogue between Seefah’s home-style roots and INJA’s sense of harmony, where real flavors and honest techniques belong together on the plate.
