Understanding the indispensability of flexibility in any dance form, Kolkata Centre for Creativity in association with the Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts brings an exclusive workshop - Introduction to Contemporary Dance: Session 2 - with the aim to train its participants in Attakkalari’s body-alignment, breathing & focus centric exercises.

Conducted by the incumbent Artistic-Director at the Attakkalari Centre, Jayachandran Palazy & distinguished choreographer, Hemabharathy Palani, the workshop will explore the idea of using gravity, body weight, focus & geometry to create unique movements.
