Everyone is telling you to live in present but you are wondering how?

If you are constantly caught up in your thoughts of past and future then come join us for an experiential workshop and learn a transformational way of living.

In this workshop, we will learn how to give break to the mind and be present. Mindful living is about living with awareness in the present moment. It’s about not letting life pass you by while living in reactions and in your head. It’s about stepping outside into the world to be a human who lives in accordance with their true nature.


About Facilitator:

Antrima Mandhan is a Mindfulness & Presence Oriented Counseling Practitioner. She works as an inner wellbeing companion with individuals and organizations across the globe. She helps people to live abundant and wholesome life through working on their emotional and mental wellbeing.
