Had a pretty good time at this water park! The slides were fun, and there were plenty of people around enjoying themselves. It was a nice way to spend the day. 🌊🌞😊 Heavy crowded it's irritating. They have identified that children are children, as the rule they have set is that a child over 3 feet is called a child. Even a 3-year-old child is 3 feet tall, and they are charging full price for him too. It's very bad rule.Read More

We visited this water park as a group, and it was honestly a very disappointing experience. There are barely 6 rides in total, and out of those, 2 were completely non-functional. Another ride that has two sections was operating only partially, and even the single tube ride was not working properly. So overall, 3 rides were actually usable. The condition of the pathways is extremely poor and outdated. I personally fell three times due to the rough and unsafe slide(single tube one). Even while using the rides, I had to stop multiple times because of the bad condition. My frnd also ended up getting injured on my knee twice. We tried reaching out to the staff and the concerned authorities several times, but they kept giving vague responses like “wait 30 minutes” or “it will be fixed in an hour.” There was no proper communication or responsibility taken. Even after speaking to the GM, we were told to wait until 7 PM for things to be fixed — which is unreasonable after paying for entry. Major issues we faced: No prior information at the ticket counter about rides not working No apology from the management No compensation or alternative arrangements provided We checked multiple times during the day (4–5 times), but nothing improved. Additionally, the water quality was not good and had a noticeable smell, and overall maintenance and service were very poor. turned out to be a complete disappointment. There are only around 5 rides in total, and out of those, 2 rides were completely not working. One ride that had two sections was running only partially, and the single tube ride was also not functioning properly. So practically, there was almost nothing usable despite paying full ticket price. The pathways and infrastructure are extremely old and poorly maintained. I personally stuck and fell three times because of how rough and unsafe the one slide areas is. Even while using the rides, I had to stop multiple times in b/w because of the poor condition of one slide . I ended up getting injured twice on my legs. We raised complaints multiple times to the staff and the person in charge, but they kept delaying things with excuses like “it will be fixed in 30 minutes” or “wait for 1 hour.” There was no proper response or accountability. Even after speaking to the GM, all we got was “wait till 7 PM, it will be fixed.” Why should customers wait the whole day for basic functionality? What’s worse is: No prior information at the ticket counter about non-working rides No apology from management No compensation offered despite most rides being unavailable We visited 4–5 times throughout the day hoping things would improve, but nothing changed. On top of that, the water quality is poor with a bad smell, and overall hygiene and service are below standard. This place is badly maintained, unsafe, and poorly managed. Honest Feedback :- My kids and family developed Rashes and Itchings for using jalavihar swimwear (rented for 100rs each pair ) which is the first thing they should be careful for …. Not acceptable at all .. Visited with family of 8 (along with kids ) Entry 3ft and above -550 Rs … Entry fee is too high for what rides they provide , below 300 is desirable . Wet clothes :- Available at 50 Rs per piece and locker @100 which is very good .. only thing is the cloth quality is terrible. Rides : For kids :- Wave pool (Toomuch of chlorinated water ) and Rain dance ( music choice is outdated ) One small pool with rides (4-5 small no thrill rides ) Adults :- Only 5 Rides ( almost 4 rides are similar ones from same height same tower) plus I can enjoy wave ride and rain dance with kids . Food stalls :plenty of stalls available , Reasonable prices ( They won’t allow snacks inside at the entry gate ) Other facilities : Free shoe/chappal stands , purchase mobile cover for 120 in order to shoot in water , small kids play area (age 1-5) , Life guards for water rides , toilets , couple of small kiosks to sell snacks and beverages at MRP . Tips :- Carry Nylon swim wear if possible, ideally 650-700 per person is what I should expect as expense. Reach by 12pm max to avoid rush .Read More

You can spend 3hrs. ₹550 for adults. They have 5 water slides, Wave pool and Rain dance. Not worth the price. Kids pool and slides are available. Other activities like dashing cars, ring throwing are available at extra cost. Restaurant available inside. Also you can get waterproof mobile cover for ₹100-120 inside itself. Nylon dress rent ₹100 ( Top + Bottom ) Locker rent ₹50 for 4 hrs. Bring Cash for deposit (₹200) Maintanence needs to be improved.Read More
