Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I visited with my 3-year-old son, and it made the entire situation even more concerning. The staff was outright rude and completely unprofessional, showing no regard for basic customer service. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was barely functioning, making the entire place unbearably uncomfortable. The kids’ play area is in a terrible state—poorly maintained, unhygienic, and genuinely unsafe for young children. As a parent, this was especially alarming. Overall, this place is a complete waste of time and money, particularly for families with small children. I would strongly advise others to avoid it altogether. I had a very disappointing experience. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant from the start. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, making the environment quite uncomfortable. Overall, the place lacked basic hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. Very disappointing experience. The staff behaviour was rude and completely unprofessional. The AC was not working properly in the premises, making it very uncomfortable to stay there. The play area for kids is poorly maintained and does not feel safe at all. Overall, the place is not worth visiting, especially with children. Definitely not advisable to come here again.Read More
