Day 1 :- Delhi / Ahmedabad / Indore / Mumbai - Jodhpur (29th December)

• Travelers can join us from various locations across India.

• We will assist you or book your Flight / Train tickets to reach Jodhpur.

• Travelers from Delhi, Indore, Ahmedabad and Mumbai will board there respective trains or Buses to reach Jodhpur.

• From Delhi :- 9.00 Pm (Evening) board 22995 Mandore Express from Old Delhi Jn / Delhi Cantt 

• From Ahmedabad :- 10.00 pm (Evening) board 14115 Ddn Bkn Express from Ahmedabad Railway station 

• From Mumbai :- 12.00 Pm (Afternoon) board 14078 Ddr Bkn Express from Dadar Railway station

• From Indore :- 9:00 pm (Evening) board Hans Travels / M R Travels Bus from Dhakkan Wala Kua / Pipliyahana Square.

Day 2 : Jodhpur Day Excursion (30th December)

• Upon arriving in Jodhpur, you will meet your fellow travelers for Rajasthan Trip.

• Our team will brief you of the plan, socialize with the fellow travelers, stock up on the necessary paraphernalia etc. 

• Check into Hotel and Spend some leisure time.

• Visit Umaid Bhawan Palace which is the last ever Royal Palace to be built and is one of the largest private residencies in the world. 

• Afterward, we'll visit the Mehrangarh Fort which is one of the most magnificent forts of Rajasthan perched on top of a perpendicular cliff.

• The last stop on our heritage tour will be Jaswant Thada which is also known as The Taj Mahal of Mewar for its intricately carved marble structures. It was built in 1899 to pay tribute to Maharaja Jaswant Singh by his son.

• In the evening, visit Local Markets, Clock Tower etc......

• We will head back to our hotel where we'll have dinner followed by an overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 2 : Jodhpur - Sam Sand Dunes & New Year Celebration (31st December)

• Wake up at the early morning, post breakfast check out from hotel and head towards Sam Sand Dunes. (330 Kms / 7 Hrs)

• Upon our arrival in Sam Sand Dunes, we'll check in to our Desert Camps.

• Afterward, we'll head towards for Desert Safari and Camel Rides. (On Sharing Basis)

• We will witness the beautiful sunset from Sand Dunes.  

• Evening back to campsite, get ready to witness Cultural Shows by Rajasthani Folk Groups who display their talent through the art of Music and Dance. Enjoy New Year Party at Campsite.

• As dusk starts to settle, we'll enjoy desert camping where we'd spend the evening under starry skies

• Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Thar Desert.

Note :- If due to time constraints, we cannot indulge in desert safari in the evening on this day, we’ll do it early in the morning on the next day.

Day 3 : Jaisalmer Sightseeing & Departure (1st January)

• After early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our campsite and head for a local sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer City.

• Enroute visit - "Kuldhara Village" an Abandoned Village dating back to 200 hundred years. It is also called Ghost Village and is one of the most popular haunted sites in Rajasthan.

• Later we will visit Jaisalmer Fort or Sonar kila which is a living fort as half of the city's population lives there. It is one of the largest forts in the world and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2013.

• Later we visit Patwon ki Haveli and Gadisar Lake which is one of the main attractions of the city and acts as the perfect vantage point.

• Evening explore Lakeside cafes and local streets.

• Stroll the local Market and have a authentic Ghewar or Malpua on local Sweet Shops.

• Later, will have an overnight journey towards Jodhpur.

Day 4 :- Reach Hometown (2nd January)

• Early morning we will reach Jodhpur and board our respective trains to reach our Home Cities.  

• For Delhi :- 5.00 Am (Morning) board 14661 Bme Jat Express from Jodhpur Railway Station 

• For Indore :- 5.00 Am (Morning) board 12466 Ranthambore Express from Jodhpur Railway Station

• INR 5000 is extra per person if you wish to book the same on Double Sharing Occupancy. 

Terms & Conditions

• All our bookings are on the basis of First come First policy.

• Bookings are non-transferable.

• In case of cancellation of bookings from the consumer’s end, no booking amount shall be

refunded in any case.

• Due to the corona pandemic or any other uncontrollable event if trip gets postponed, the trip will be rescheduled to a later date and thus, no refunds will be made in any case.

• GIC reserve the rights to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of unavoidable events (i.e whether condition, political condition or any others).

• An original individual identification proof(Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport must be carried by the traveler during the journey.

• GIC will not be responsible for any man made or natural calamity

• All the sports are safe and approved by the state ministry, activities performed will be under the guidance of highly trained professionals. However, in case of any injury or accident during the adventure sport and travel GIC will not be liable.

• In case of any updates in the booking, the consumer has to give a prior notice to GIC.

• In case of inappropriate weather or any change in local government norms, activities

mentioned above can be scheduled or canceled without any prior notice.

• Any mischief or inappropriate attitude will not be tolerated and GIC reserves all rights to cancel such bookings without any refund at any time in between the trip.

• GIC can cancel the trip or individual booking without any prior notice.
