Kari Apla explores the culinary traditions of western and southern coastal India through heirloom recipes, seasonal ingredients and time-honoured techniques. Its menu celebrates lesser-known regional dishes with a warm, personal approach that evokes the feeling of being welcomed into someone’s home.

For Restaurant Week India, Kari Apla presents a 3-course menu that reflects its focus on coastal Indian traditions, regional flavours and recipes passed down through generations. The second edition of the curated dining festival expands from three cities to ten, running from October 16 to November 1, 2026, with more than 100 restaurants, new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ drops. Participating restaurants present 3-course menus featuring signature dishes and chef favourites.
