Detailed timings for each event category will be communicated 10 days before the event.

BIBs will be distributed at the same location one hour before the event starts.

• All participants must be medically fit to take part in the event.

• By registering, you confirm that you are physically capable of completing your chosen distance.

• All runners must wear their bib number visibly during the race.

• Follow the instructions of event organisers, volunteers, and officials at all times.

• The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct or rule violations.
