We celebrated a birthday here yesterday, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made! The play area is fantastic, clean, well-maintained, packed with activities, and most importantly, very safe. The kids had an amazing time while the adults could actually relax. The food deserves a special mention. We tried Indian, Continental, and Indo-Chinese in statter and every single dish was delicious, flavorful, and satisfying. It's rare to find a place that does multiple cuisines so well. I also want to appreciate the wonderful hospitality. Before the event, our host, Sai, asked about our preferred cuisine, and I had confirmed Indo-Chinese. Later, my family decided they wanted Indian for the main course instead, which I knew caused some last-minute inconvenience. I felt genuinely guilty about the mix-up, but Sai handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable even for a second and ensured everything went smoothly. It's far better then what we see in pictures. I have been a regular customer at Merry Go Round, and every visit has been such a wonderful experience. The salon service is always excellent, with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention to Preethi, who did an absolutely amazing job — she was professional, patient, and made sure everything was perfect. Truly loved the service! Another thing I really appreciate is the care they provide at the play area. While I was getting my salon service done, my son was happily engaged and well taken care of, which made my experience completely stress-free. A heartfelt thank you to the Merry Go Round team for the lovely gesture of gifting my son a beautiful dress as a token of appreciation for being a regular customer. This is one of the cleanest playareas, I have ever been to. It has a wide range of activities for kids- Kinetic sand, ball pit, slides, trampolines, a variety of role play options among a lot of other activities. A lot of thought and research has been done in planning the area because kids have a very short attention span and this place kept my engaged for over 4 hours. The restaurant has great food, staff are very hospitable, they made my son's food to order which was lovely. Coffee was my absolute favorite. The other thing I loved about this place is, there are helpers to look after the kids in the playarea while the parents can get a foot massage or haircut or even a massage at the same place. U could still keep an eye on your child through the glass while getting a pedicure. Its like a every parent's dream to have a little down time every now and then while kids are engaged. There is a boutique aswell and the tailor did a fantastic job with the night dresses I got for my kids. The quality of workmanship was fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough.Read More
