Socks Mandatory: Everyone (kids & adults) must wear socks to enter the play area.

Own Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Equipment Damage: Damaged equipment will attract a fine based on the repair cost.

Hygiene Alert: Inform staff immediately in case of vomiting or toilet accidents. A penalty may apply if not reported.

Playtime Limit: Extra charges apply if playtime exceeds 15 minutes.

Package Rules: Stick to the package rules. No swaps or add-ons allowed (like cousins/friends).

Adult Entry: Allowed one adult entry with one child. An extra adult entry will be charged.

Supervision: Kids must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Food Restriction: No food or drinks (including water bottles) are allowed inside the play area.

Unwell Children: Kids with fever, cold, or illness will not be allowed.

Behaviour: Aggressive or unruly behaviour will lead to removal from the play area.

Age Limit: The Play area is for kids aged 1 to 15 years only. Some activities may be restricted by age.

Photos/Videos: You may take pictures, but respect the privacy of others.

Waiver: Entry implies acceptance of all risks; management is not liable for injuries.

Staff Instructions: Follow all instructions given by staff. Non-compliance may lead to removal.

Cleanliness: Ensure kids use the restroom before entering.

Adults on Equipment: Adults are not allowed to use play equipment.
