Kikli in Connaught Place explores the lesser-known food traditions of Punjab, drawing from heirloom recipes rooted in homes, villages and royal kitchens across the region. Developed by Chef Amninder Sandhu through extensive research and travel across Punjab, the menu brings together traditional recipes, techniques and fire-led cooking methods within a restored heritage space centred around Punjabi culture.

For Restaurant Week India, Kikli presents a 3-course menu that reflects its exploration of Punjab’s regional food traditions, drawing on heirloom recipes, traditional techniques and fire-led preparations. The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
