Reminder:

Bring a separate pair of footwear for use inside the studio.

Ladies, if heels are uncomfortable, opt for thin-sole shoes or socks. Carry an extra pair of socks to stay comfortable.

Bring water and a towel for your convenience.

Arriving 10 minutes before the workshop will help maintain the session schedule.
