About the Kodachadri Trek Package:

Kodachadri Trek is one of the most arduous trekking sites in Karnataka. It has been a treasure of memorable moments for every nature lover. Kodachadri stands at 1,343 meters altitude in the Western Ghats, offering the eye-catching scenic beauty of verdant forests and valleys extending to the distant horizon, which touches the line of the horizon, and the horizon line meets with the blue Arabian Sea. This trek stretch at Kodachadri is about 14 km and is a quite moderately leveled trek for novice trekkers to expert trekkers with rich landscapes of jungles as well as rocky terrain waterfalls, hence making the Kodachadri Trek experience much more rewarding. The Kodachadri Trek should be visited in the post-monsoon season, which is the perfect weather for trekking from October to February.

Itinerary:

Day 0 - Bengaluru to Kodachadri

➞ 8:00 p.m. - Pick-up starts from Bengaluru

Day 1 - Trek to Kodachadri Peak

➞ 6:30 a.m. Arrive at the homestay in Kodachadri.

➞ 7:30 a.m. Freshen up and get ready for the day.

➞ 8:30 a.m. Enjoy a hearty breakfast and pack a lunch.

➞ 9:30 a.m. Begin the Kodachadri trek, surrounded by nature's beauty.

➞ 1:30 p.m. Reach the Kodachadri peak and have a packed lunch with stunning views.

➞ 2:30 p.m. Start descending back to the base. (by jeep ride)

➞ 4:30 p.m. Return to the trek base feeling accomplished.

➞ 6:30 p.m. Reach the homestay and relax with tea.

➞ 8:30 p.m. Gather around the campfire for dinner, sharing stories of the day

Day 2 - Nagara Fort and Back to Bengaluru

➞ 7:30 a.m. Wake up and get ready. 

➞ 8:30 a.m. Have breakfast, pack your bags

➞ 9:30 a.m. Check out from homestay and depart to Bengaluru. 

➞ 10:30 a.m. Visit Nagara Fort and Nittur Hanging Bridge
