Trip Details

Duration: 2 Days / 1 Night

Trek Distance: 14–20 km (approx.)

Difficulty Level: Moderate to Challenging

Location: Near Kollur, Shivamogga, Western Ghats, Karnataka

Trail Type: Dense tropical forests, rocky terrain, and flowing streams

Pickup Schedule – Friday Night

9:00 PM – Indiranagar (Karachi Bakery)

9:15 PM – Domlur (Sky Walk)

10:30 PM – Yeshwanthpur Metro Station

10:40 PM – Goraguntepalya (People Tree Hospitals)

Return: Sunday night around 11:00 PM (same drop points).

ITINERARY:

Day 0- Pickup from Various pickup points

9:00 PM – Indiranagar (Karachi Bakery)

9:15 PM – Domlur (Sky Walk)

10:30 PM – Yeshwanthpur Metro Station

10:40 PM – Goraguntepalya (People Tree Hospitals)

Day 1 – Saturday

Early morning arrival at campsite (~6:00 AM)

Freshen up and enjoy breakfast

Begin trek through Kumble Village and to Hidlumane Waterfalls (a stunning series of 6 cascading falls)

Continue trekking to Kodachadri Peak with a packed lunch on the way

Enjoy stunning views, exotic flora and fauna, and possibly spot a rock python!

Witness the unforgettable sunset over the Arabian Sea

Descend to the campsite and relax with snacks, beverages, and a fun campfire

Dinner and overnight stay in a dormitory/Tent (shared accommodation)

Day 2 – Sunday

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise

Breakfast and departure to explore Nagara Fort

Enjoy the rustic charm and scenic views

Begin return journey to Bangalore
