Not exaggerating, but this is the first time in my experience of visiting water parks in Nagpur since childhood that Lighthouse has been the best experience. In short, the employees are respectful and helpful, the water is cleaner, the rides are good, safe, and fun, and the food especially was really, really good (we ate to our heart's content). The bird park and mermaid show are really good additions to the park's charm. The locker system, with a separate bag-keeping facility, is another good idea that eases visitors' burden. They had drinking water coolers all over the park, which shows they are not the sort who try to squeeze every last penny out of customers. The shops inside are providing things at market prices, unlike other parks. The customer line moved really quickly, which helped us move ahead faster. And the final thing: I had booked for 7 people instead of 8 (the rates for spot booking are higher), but when I reached there and explained our problem, they didn't hesitate to grant me one extra ticket at the pre-booking price. I cannot thank them enough for this lovely experience. Their policy of no stag entries helps ensure that only a good crowd enters (the drunken and kharra-eating crowd is avoided). Best waterpark in Nagpur with different types of slide and amusement park is there. Must visit with family or couple you will surely enjoy. Wave pool, big slides and mermaid show are main attraction here.Also locker facilities, waterproof cover for phone and you can rent swimsuit here or can bring your own. Buffet lunch is also there at additional cost and it also taste great.Read More

Supposedly the best waterpark and amusement park of Nagpur. I didn't find it something unsually good. However, it was definitely worse managed. I reached there at morning 10am and found a huge crowd at the ticket counter and entrancy. I was able to purchase ticket in 30-35 mins and as soon as I went inside, I got to know that for swimming costume and locker you need to give deposit (in cash) as I have kept my wallet and valuables in the car I cannot provide the deposit and again have to go back to my car in the parking for this small thing as they weren't accepting the cash. Moresoever there was no board outside that they wont be accepting digital payment for deposit. At the costume counter the line was mismanaged completely and it took almost took 15 minutes to get the costume. Now comes the changing room which was full of urine smell. After changing by the time you get to the waterpark you spend almost 1. 25 hours in this process. When you go to the locker to keep your bags, you want to keep the keys and there is no pocket in the costume to keep the keys! Utter waste of time finding out a hideout to keep the keys. Now, in the waterpark (too much of crowd) exceptionally high! Now after a few hour you get out of the pools and have light food (only to find limited yucky food options, they also provide food inclusive package but that also isnt good). The Amusement park and Mermaid show was from 2pm onwards but they didn't start mermaid show till 3.30pm and the Amusement park till 3.45pm! I just had to pass my time waiting for it to start (if the ticket price would have been reasonable I would have gone but they had charged whooping 1300Rs). I found out that 400rs in it were for feeding macaw!! A small activity of 2-3 mins charged at 400Rs! If I have had any idea about it I would have done without this 400Rs per ticket wastage! This is the first and the last time I have gone to this place! Not recommended at all for the people who value their time.Read More
