About the Event
Rock away any mid-week blues with one of the best blues bands in the country, Soulmate, at the iconic Hard Rock Cafe! The Shillong act has a cult following across the country, and should not be missed!
Inspired by the roots and groove sounds of the Blues, Blues-Rock, Soul, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Funk and RnB, SOULMATE was formed in Shillong, in October 2003 when Rudy Wallang and Tipriti Kharbangar decided to form a band dedicated to playing the Blues and spreading awareness about this important genre of music.
Since their inception, the band has gone through many personnel changes and at present, when playing live, they are joined by Leon Wallang on Bass Guitar & Vincent Tariang on Drums.
