Terms and Conditions 1. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry and verification. 2. Entry is permitted only against a valid ticket purchased through authorized channels. 3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive or in violation of event rules. 4. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required under applicable law. Event schedules, artist line-ups, attractions, performances and activities are subject to change without prior notice. 5. Weapons, firearms, explosives, hazardous materials and any prohibited items are strictly forbidden inside the venue. 6. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. 7. Consumption, possession, distribution or sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. 8. Entry may be denied to any person found intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited substances. 9. Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings. 10. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal property. 11. Parking, where available, shall be at the vehicle owner's sole risk. 12. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles or their contents. 13. Attendees must comply with all venue regulations, safety protocols and instructions issued by the Organizer, event staff, security personnel and relevant authorities. 14. The Organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks and screening procedures for the safety and security of all attendees. 15. Photography and videography for personal and social media use are permitted. 16. Professional or commercial photography, videography, filming, live streaming, brand promotions or content creation undertaken for commercial purposes may require prior approval from the Organizer. 17. The use of drones or any unmanned aerial devices by attendees, creators, vendors, media personnel or third parties is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the Organizer and permitted by applicable regulations. 18. By entering the venue, attendees grant the Organizer and its authorized partners the right to photograph, film, record and use their image, likeness, voice and appearance in promotional, marketing, social media, advertising and archival materials without compensation or prior approval. 19. The Organizer reserves the right to restrict or prohibit any activity that interferes with event operations, attendee experience, safety, intellectual property rights or sponsor exclusivity. 20. The Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, interruption or modification of the event arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, government directives, public safety concerns, natural disasters, technical failures or other force majeure events. 21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 22. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. 23. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
