About the Event:

Join us at Mama T’s Table for a Canadian Thanksgiving dinner by Chef Tori Macdonald, bringing together flavours inspired by her Canadian roots. Settle in and enjoy a sit-down dinner full of friends both old and new, comforting flavours and a whole lot of laughs. The evening includes a buffet dinner featuring a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

About the Chef:

Tori Macdonald is a chef who feeds both the stomach and the spirit. Though Canadian by birth, she has called Bangalore home for over twelve years, and the city’s warmth now runs through her cooking as much as her own family roots. Her love affair with the kitchen began at age four, standing beside her mom, grandmas, and great-grandma, who encouraged her to turn passion into profession. Known for food that is simple, soulful, and deeply comforting, Tori believes the kitchen is the true heart of a home. After five years at The Humming Tree, she now brings that philosophy to Slurp Culinary Academy, where she teaches students to find the story, and the soul, behind every plate.
