Very disappointing and unsafe experience at the Masti Zone in Radisson Blu Dwarka. Visited with my 2.5-year-old, and the play area was far below acceptable standards. My child was hurt while using one of the slides due to poor design and maintenance. The ball pit had very few balls, exposing hard surfaces underneath, which is extremely unsafe for toddlers. Most of the slides and equipment were not toddler-friendly and seemed unsuitable for younger children. The entire area was also very dirty and poorly maintained, which was shocking for a hotel of this reputation. We had to cut our visit short due to safety concerns. While the staff member present (Nidhi) was polite and helpful, the overall design, cleanliness, and safety of the Masti Zone are extremely poor. Strongly recommend the management conduct a proper safety and hygiene audit before allowing children to use this facility.Read More

Highly unsafe for children with no asisstance n monitoring from staff.very poor upkeep and highly unprofessional staff. Except for the available space - there is nothing which can be rated even as average. As a parent no would would want to take even 1% risk because of poor quality and maintenance.
