I visited this mall while shopping for gifts and ended up spending much more time there than I had planned. The stores offered a wide variety of products, making it easy to find everything in one place. The walkways were clean, and the overall layout made moving around simple. I also enjoyed the snacks I had at the food court before heading home. The visit was enjoyable and completely worth it.Read More

If you want the ultimate Tapadia Mall experience, visit on a Sunday evening. 😂 The food court is packed, every seat is occupied, and the escalators occasionally become the stage for unexpected comedy. As a tourist, I visited this mall with my mother. We entered at around 10:30 a.m. Outside, the staff was fighting over some issue. Once we entered, the electricity was going on and off. The store staff was not fully skilled, and at one clothing store, the salesgirl was continuously on a call. She was not interested at all. All shop owners should supervise their staff better and set proper performance-based targets so they focus more on sales and customer service. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and what else can we expect from a tier-2 city's mall?Read More
