1) What is the validity of the membership?
A. The membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2) How many screenings are covered in the membership?
A. One can attend 52 screenings in a year.
3) Where can we check the schedule?
A. You can check the schedule on our website www.matterden.com
4) Is the membership transferrable?
A. The membership is non-transferrable.
5) Can members attend any other screenings organized by Matterden?
A. Yes, members are notified whenever there are special screenings organized by Matterden at other partner venues.
6) How will I be notified of the final show-time?
A. Members are notified via email for any updates and for final show-time of the screenings.
7) What is the seating arrangement?
A. Seating is in Executive section and the seating preference is free and on first come first serve basis.
8) What is my membership ID?
A. The event ID is the membership ID so members require to retain the ID. A member can either show their event ID or E-ticket at the box-office and the box-office will issue a printed ticket.
