📚✨ With a welcome nip in the air, Strangr Book Baithak returns in collaboration with The Bookshop Inc. for an introspective evening exploring “Death: Grief, Rituals and Stories.”

Join Daft You Are as we dive into haunting narratives across mythology, religious texts, ghost stories, speculative fiction, and novels, exploring how literature gives voice to the dead.

Do the dead speak to us through literature? Can stories and rituals make grief more tolerable, death less frightening, and loss more comprehensible? What happens when spirits talk, watch, or simply refuse to leave?

Come explore the afterlife with us. 👻📖

✨ What to Expect:

• An introspective discussion on death, grief, rituals, and stories

• Conversations around mythology and religious texts

• Ghost stories and speculative fiction

• Selected reference texts and films

• A special personalised gift for registered attendees

After signing up, attendees will receive a registration form. Please complete the form so the Bookshop team can prepare a personalised gift for you.

Come tune in, listen to the dead, and explore the afterlife with us. 🖤
