Learn the ins and outs of putting on your own tasting menu. This intensive course breaks the fundamentals of a tasting menu down into menu planning, table setting, service etiquette and menu execution (5-course menu by Team Mag Street). We will start with a theory session, followed by a hands on cooking session, ending the workshop with a meal. The workshop will begin at 10:00am, will include a continental breakfast, and end by 4:00pm.

Participants should have a basic understanding of cooking skills.
