Booking Process

After you’ve purchased your ticket, one of our Gaming Associates will get in touch with you via Call or WhatsApp within 3 business hours to confirm your game and time slot.

Terms & Conditions     

1. The minimum age requirement for gaming is 10 years.

2. Each Multiplayer VR Free Roam game can accommodate up to 8 players per session. Other players may be present unless all 8 slots are purchased to exclusively book the arena.

3. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in case of a no-show, late arrival, or if a player chooses to leave after the session has started.

4. Children must not be left unattended in the waiting area. Our staff is not responsible for their supervision or safety.

5. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete check-in and begin your experience on time.

6. Offers, promotions, and discounts cannot be combined.

7. This offer is exclusively available on the District app.

8. Booking vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

9. Microgravity Ventures Private Limited is not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent purchases. The voucher holder is solely responsible for its safe custody.

10. Microgravity Ventures Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

11. Individuals with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before participating.

12. Players found under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to play, and no refund or credit will be issued.
