Motherjane is one of the first rock bands in India, hailing from Kochi in Kerala.

Founded in 1996, the band journeyed from being a college band to a professional international band loved by all of India.

They have gained a lot of love and appreciation from the audience beyond the boundaries.

Their music can be best classified as Ethnic progressive rock, fusing sounds from the vast soundscapes of India.
