Designed by Brennan Beer Gorman, the building features a distinctive dual-tower structure connected at the top, offering a mix of premium office spaces, high-street retail, and entertainment zones. Its biggest selling point is its prime location near the Sector 18 Metro station and DLF Mall of India, combined with ample parking—a rarity in this congested area. While the project historically faced significant construction delays, it has recently moved into the possession and fit-out phase; however, potential investors or tenants should note that it is still transitioning into a fully operational complex and does not yet have the footfall of established neighbors.Read More

I visited three in Goethe Institut. Guys follow these steps to reach: *Enter from gate no. 3 or 9 *Then take J5 lift( don't forget to report at reception without access you will you be able to reach there). *Then the following the sharp left or right you find the reception area of 🏫👨🏾‍🎓👨🏾‍🏫📚🎓🎒Goethe Institut. Mall looks good from outside however inside there are no outlets right now it was neat and clean with good ambience and was empty from inside. There were only few jewellery showrooms outside the mall.Read More

Rash drivers in the parking lot People drive soo fast do not follow parking speed limits and rules and regulations. A guy from the building itself drove soo fast on the Turing on 9 th floor parking at wave one sec 18 noida. So fast that he nearly crashed the car into me !
