This Easter weekend, NAAR is welcoming Chef Manoella Buffara of restaurant Manu, Curitiba for a two-day, one-of-a-kind culinary collaboration with Chef Prateek Sadhu at NAAR.
Just like NAAR, Restaurant Manu is a true destination restaurant. It became the first restaurant in Brazil led by a woman chef to serve only a tasting menu, presenting contemporary Brazilian cuisine rooted in sustainability and seasonality.
For two days only, Chef Manu Buffara and Chef Prateek Sadhu will collaborate for a unique tasting experience that blends Brazilian biodiversity & Himalayan terroir.
