Naatakwaale Theatre Company was founded in September 2013, by Debanshu Shekhar, a Delhi University graduate and an alumnus of Bhartendu Natya Academy, Lucknow. Besides performing, they exchange key drama techniques and conduct theatre workshops, especially for kids and youth. The objective of this group is to experiment and promote theatre in such a way that it becomes a thing of interest for the masses.
Naatakwaale has delivered more than 900 street and stage play performances all over India till date.

Debanshu Shekhar is a Delhi University graduate and an alumnus of Bhartendu Natya Academy, Lucknow. Having more than 9 years of experience in the field of dramatic arts, he has worked with eminent theatre personalities of India and also has collaborated with more than 30 NGO's as a performer & theatre instructor. He has done more than 50 street and stage plays across the country.
In 2013, he founded his theater group- Naatakwaale which has given more than 900 street & stage performances and conducted more than 100 theatre workshops all over India till date.
Currently he is associated as an artist with Natural Streets for Performing Arts (NSPA), Mumbai.
