Nadoo’s Gurugram outpost explores the breadth of South Indian cooking across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, moving beyond the region’s more familiar staples. Conceived by Chef Shri Bala and restaurateur Sahil Sambhi, the menu draws on years of research, travel, regional recipes and personal food memories, with references to Southern India’s bakery culture and a dedicated Kaapi Bar.

For Restaurant Week India, Nadoo Gurugram presents a 3-course menu rooted in the diverse flavours and food traditions of Southern India, reflecting its research-led approach and exploration beyond familiar regional staples. The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
