Cancellation Policy for Narayangiri Sunrise Trek :

0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subject to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
