Details of workshop:

Learn Navadurga sloka dance, depicting 9 devis worshipped during Navarathri, which will be a Navarathri special. It's going to be 2 days workshop, ( I get a lot of enquiries from older women who loved to dance but couldn't learn because of family, kids etc.. but now they cant join as their physical body may not cope, hence I used to tweek and make bharathnatyam simple so these women can enjoy dancing)

Ananda Urja Is a Bharathanatyam dancer, Creative Movement Therapist, 'Nrithya Kala Sharadhe' awardee. Has been teaching for the last 15 yrs. Is working with special needs children in India and abroad.
