1. Entry and tickets

- Carry a valid e‑ticket or booking QR and a government ID for each guest; re‑entry is not permitted without a fresh scan.

- Gates open at 5:15 PM for security and check‑in; main program starts 6:00 PM sharp—arrive early to join the first circles.

2. Dress code and props

- Traditional attire encouraged: chaniya choli/ghaghra, kediyu/kurta; secure dupattas and jewellery to avoid snags while dancing.

- Dandiya sticks will be available at the venue on a first‑come basis.

3. Dance floor etiquette

- Form circles in the direction guided by volunteers; maintain arm’s‑length spacing and avoid sudden stops to prevent collisions.

- No sharp accessories, glass bangles, or metal-tipped sticks on the floor; report any injury immediately to the help desk.

4. Safety and security

- Mandatory bag checks at entry; prohibited items include alcohol, smoking/vaping devices, fireworks, and outside food.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; use the designated family zone for kids.

5. Facilities and services

- Help desk, first‑aid, and lost‑and‑found counters are located near the main foyer.

- Drinking water points and rest areas are available around the dance arena; please stay hydrated.

- Food counters are available.

- Photography and media.

- Official photo/video coverage is on site; entry implies consent to be photographed for event promotions.

- Personal photography is allowed without obstructing dancers.

- Drones and tripods are not permitted inside the hall for safety reasons.

6. Conduct and inclusivity

- This is a family‑friendly cultural celebration—be respectful, follow volunteer directions, and avoid aggressive dancing or harassment of any kind.

- Anyone under the influence or breaching event policies will be escorted out without refund.

7. Parking and exit

- Follow signage and staff instructions for parking; do not block emergency lanes.

- Wait for the exit announcement before moving to the gates to avoid crowding.
