Is there a ticket limit?

-You can buy up to 10 tickets per person. All ticket categories are subject to availability - so get yours before they sell out!

Is the event kid-friendly?

-The event is open to all ages. Nonstop is a kid-friendly, family-friendly festival - as long as there’s a guardian for anyone below the age of 16, there’s admission!

Is there an age limit for ticket purchase?

-Ages 0-5 can enter the festival for free. 5+ year olds need to buy a regular GA ticket (born on Jan 28, 2018 or before). All kids up to the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a guardian at the festival at all times. Guardians will need to sign a waiver to enter the festival with their child.

Do I need to be vaccinated to get into the venue?

-In the best interest of fans and staff, we encourage everyone to follow COVID-19 protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of double vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. 

What time do gates open?

-Gates for the festival open at 4 PM.

Will there be F&B available at the venue?

-Yes, food and beverages will both be available for purchase at the venue, outside food or beverages will not be permitted.

Is the venue air-conditioned?

No, this is an open-air concert festival.

Is this a seated show?

-No, the festival will be a walk-in standing concert experience.

Will I be able to switch my ticket to a different category?

-No, tickets once purchased will not be upgradable / changeable in terms of category.

Are children allowed for the show?

-Yes, as long as they’re accompanied by a guardian. Ages 0-5 can enter the festival for free. 5+ year olds need to buy a regular GA ticket.

Do you accommodate people with special needs?

-Yes, our crew will be happy to help anyone with special needs with support and assistance to ensure they can enjoy the festival to the fullest.

-Parking will be available at the venue.

Is photography permitted during the show?

-Phone cameras are okay, professional cameras we’ll advise against carrying.

How will I get my tickets?

-Please carry your booking confirmation email/message to the venue and collect your tickets from the Box Office at the venue.

Is smoking allowed at the show?

-Only in designated areas. Patrons are encouraged to dispose of their cigarette waste responsibly using the bins / pouches provided.

What items are prohibited at Nonstop?

-Flasks or concealed bottled of any kind.

-Blades, knives, scissors, weapons or sharp objects of any kind.

-Professional video or audio recording equipment.

-Pocket laser, laser pens, vapes & e-cigarettes.

-Sound systems, music instruments, megaphones, horns or noise maker. 

-Any flammable items like sky lanterns, fireworks, flares, cigarette lighters. 

-Any form of narcotics or banned substances. 

-Glass items including make-up and perfume bottles.

-Aerosol of any kind – deodorants, perfumes..

Are handbags and backpacks allowed into the venue?

-Regular sized backpacks or small single compartment bags - like sling bags, handbags, tote bags, etc. are allowed. Please avoid carrying large backpacks with multiple compartments. 

-Bags measuring between 12’’ x 7’’ & 4’’ x 2’’ will be subjected to baggage scanning.

-Bags measuring smaller than 10 cm x 5 cm i.e. 4’’ x 2’’ will be checked by hand.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

-You’ll be notified in advance via email & phone, with an option to claim a refund or carry it forward for a future date (if rescheduled). Line-ups are subject to change in the event of a rescheduling.

How do I get a refund if I can’t make it?
