1. All ticket sales are final. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Each ticket is valid for entry by one individual only.

3. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time to ensure smooth entry and avoid delays.

4. Any unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund or compensation.

5. The venue reserves the right of admission, which may be withdrawn at its sole discretion without refund.

6. These terms and conditions are subject to modification without prior notice at the sole discretion of the venue.

7. Guests must retain their issued wristbands at all times during the event. Wristbands are non-transferable.

8. The possession, consumption or influence of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in denial of entry or removal from the premises without refund.

9. Entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Valid government-issued identification will be required.

10. The organisers do not encourage alcohol consumption or smoking. Consumption is at the individual’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.
