What do I even do at Pawga’s Puppy Yoga?

You practice beginner-friendly yoga as the puppies/dogs from the shelter run around you. We do not lift the puppies/dogs or do yoga with them, but rather find the sweet spot of comfort for them and you through our sessions.

You stretch, move, and practice mindfulness while spending time with our four-legged friends. The session is designed to let you enjoy their presence while giving them a safe and positive space to socialize with humans.

How on earth is Pawga helping me?

By spending time with our four-legged friends, you can leave your everyday stress and anxieties behind and take a little time to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the moment.

Get ready for a happy high as the puppies run towards you, interrupt your yoga, and make you forget what you were even worrying about!

How am I helping animals through Pawga?

The puppies/dogs at Pawga are from shelters and fosters and are looking for loving forever homes. Through Pawga, they get loving arms to sleep within and an opportunity to socialize with humans, which helps them become more comfortable and confident.

Moreover, this allows them to meet potential adopters and helps them find their forever homes. Even if not, a portion of your tickets goes towards animal welfare and supporting the animals at the shelter.

Also, please note that our puppies come in all sizes.

Super important question – do I need to know yoga or what?

Not at all! This is a beginner-friendly yoga session, and you’d have a professional leading the session. You don’t need any prior yoga experience — just come ready to stretch, relax, and spend some time with the puppies.
