You simply leave it to him: a focused 14-course progression that reflects seasonality and craft, using globally sourced, high-quality ingredients. Presented as a complete expression of the chef’s vision.
An optional sake pairing (Add-on) by Sake Sommelier Kalpesh is available for guests who seek a deeper, more layered experience.
This intimate omakase takes place every Wednesday from 7:30 PM, limited to just six guests each week.
