Omakase Himitsu Nights: Guest Notes • The experience begins promptly at 7:30 PM. Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior, as the evening follows a continuous flow of service. • This is a 14-course omakase, served over approximately 2 hours at the counter. Each course is presented in sequence, as intended by the chef. • The menu is non-vegetarian and seafood-forward, offered as curated. In keeping with the omakase tradition, modifications are not accommodated. • Allergies may be considered with prior notice. Guests are requested to inform the team in advance to allow for careful preparation. • Seating is limited, designed to preserve the intimacy of the counter experience. • An optional sake pairing, curated by Sake Sommelier Kalpesh, may be added at the restaurant. • Guests are encouraged to be present for the full experience. Late arrivals may miss courses, as the service progresses without pause. • Reservations are confirmed upon booking and remain non-refundable and non-transferable. • This experience is hosted every Wednesday evening at Otoki. • Location: Otoki, Colaba, Mumbai

*Cancellation & Rescheduling- Omakase Himitsu Nights* Due to the intimate nature of the experience and limited counter seating, we request guests to kindly review the following reservation policy: For Omakase Reservations: • 72 hours or more prior to the reservation: Fully refundable. • Within 48–72 hours: Non-refundable, however the reservation may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. • Within 48 hours of the experience: The reservation amount will be forfeited. • No-shows: Will be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable. • Late Arrivals: Omakase service progresses in real time for all guests at the counter. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may miss courses, and arrivals beyond 30 minutes may result in forfeiture of the experience without refund or reschedule. • Guest Count Adjustments: As seating is extremely limited and ingredients are specially sourced and prepared in advance, reductions in guest count within 48 hours of the reservation cannot be adjusted in billing.
