- Passes are non-refundable/transferable.

- A valid government photo ID is compulsory at the time of entry.

- The event will be carried on under government guidelines.

- Neither pass nor refund shall be considered for another day in case of natural calamity or any unforeseen circumstances.

-Organizers are not responsible for any injuries or incident that may occur whilst event.

- In case of any doubtfulness the pass holder or it’s belongings must be checked or searched in.

- Prohibited items: Scissors, Knife, Sharp objects, deodorants, explosives and crackers, inflammable objects, anti-cultural and illegal items.

- Consumption of alcohol, cigarettes and other toxic items are prohibited inside the campus. Anyone if found drunk or intoxicated will be asked to leave the premise by force immediately without any refund.

- In case of any nuisance or mischief the organizers have every right to suspend and cancel the participation of pass holder without any refund.

- You will be charge with penalty if any damage done to the property.

- This pass valid only for a single day.
