OMO Sadya stays true to the traditional Kerala feast — its structure, its sequence, its iconic preparations and the spirit that holds them together.
The difference lies in what the season brings. Through a handful of ingredients sourced from across India, OMO's ingredient-led philosophy finds its way into the traditional meal: a foraged monsoon fiddlehead fern, Manipuri queen pineapple, an heirloom bean, or a seasonal Kashmiri plum may each have their moment on the leaf.
Nothing is reinterpreted for the sake of novelty. The recipes remain rooted in tradition; the ingredients reflect the season.
This Onam, OMO brings the Sadya to the table as it has always been — while allowing the season, and the ingredients it brings with it, to tell a story of their own.
