Under the Mid-Autumn Moon marks one year of Vietnam-ease Càphê with a special four-course tasting menu by Chef Trang, inspired by Tết Trung Thu, Vietnam’s festival of harvest, family, and reunion.

Traditionally a time to gather around the table, share mooncakes, and welcome the changing season, Tết Trung Thu brings together food, ritual, and togetherness. Drawing from this spirit, Chef Trang’s menu journeys through the flavours of Central Vietnam, bringing together regional techniques, familiar flavours, and festive delicacies.

The four-course experience can be enjoyed on its own, or paired with a curated selection of wines by Fratelli Wines, chosen to complement the menu.
