An exhibition that takes inspiration from ‘Just Play’ : Life’s lessons from Traditional Indian Games authored by Vinita Sidhartha, founder of Kreeda Games.

Every game—from Panch Kone to Solah Seedi to Aadu Puli Aatam—represents or captures an aspect of life and the world.

They enable the player to view situations calmly and objectively to be able to isolate the core of the problem. And therein lies their charm and relevance today.

The artists will explore the complexity of relationships, human goals, impulses and aspirations, such as desires to succeed, triumph, and restore harmony. Not to miss the sheer joy of playing a game.

Shalini Biswajit and Vinita Sidhartha will be in conversation to introduce the book and the exhibition on 23rd September 6 pm

Against a backdrop of the artworks, the Kreeda games will be laid out for the guests to play.

The event will be accompanied by light drinks and snacks.
