Otra showcases Chef Alex Sanchez’s distinctive cooking, shaped by his Latin American heritage and a diverse range of flavours and techniques. The menu combines layered textures with refined yet approachable preparations, organised into sections that encourage guests to create their own dining experience. At its heart is India’s first homegrown corn tortilla programme in a standalone restaurant, built around an in-house masa programme.

For Restaurant Week India, Otra presents its contemporary approach to Latin American cooking, led by Chef Alex Sanchez, whose creative and accessible style has contributed to the evolution of India’s dining scene. The 3-course offering reflects Otra’s emphasis on thoughtful techniques, distinctive textures and its commitment to in-house masa preparation.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside One Service Only and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.

Some points to note:

-             Otra is only able to accommodate tables of 2 and 4.

-             As a restaurant that encourages guests to have a shared dining experience, the restaurant will offer 4 courses for a table of 2 and 6 courses for a tale of 4 that are all meant to be shared. The dishes will be full-sized portions that are curated to be shared between multiple guests.

-             This might be an issue for guests that are coming in group of both veg- and non-veg eaters. Please check out the attached menus and pre-plan.

-             For a table with dietary restrictions, please inform your server and the restaurant will inform you regarding possible substitutions. Please note, it may be difficult to accommodate all requests and shall be at the discretion of the restaurant to offer a substitution.
