1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before making the payment.

3. Event will be at Pacific Mall Tagore Garden

4. The entry will be allowed at venue from 5 PM Onwards after verification of tickets.

5. VIP ticket holders will enjoy exclusive access near the stage.

6. Entry fee is charged for anyone aged 5 years or older. Children below 5 years will not be allowed entry to the event.

7. Entry of customers will be prohibited who have consumed alcohol or found carrying any illegal weapon and the tickets will not be refundable.

8. In case of any natural calamities or mishaps such as rain, earthquakes, floods, etc., occurring before or during the event the ticket will not be refundable as per management regulations.

9. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.

10. Navratri food without onion and garlic will be available at all food stalls.

11. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

13. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

14. No outside dandiya sticks, food, beverages, water or drinks are allowed.
