This gathering is facilitated by Sonali Dutta, founder of Youmanize™, a people-first learning and storytelling initiative that creates reflective, community-centered experiences around emotional wellbeing, inclusion, and human connection. Through workshops, circles, and creative gatherings, she designs spaces where people can slow down, share honestly, and feel a sense of belonging. Paint Like a Girl is created as a gentle, creative way to celebrate Women’s Day — moving beyond speeches to offer connection, self-expression, and meaningful moments shared in community.
