The Palm Monorail is the most iconic way to explore all the wonders of the Palm. The Palm Monorail connects key landmarks of the Palm Jumeirah beginning from the Gateway Station at the entry of the Palm Jumeirah, to Golden Mile Galleria, Al Ittihad Park, Nakheel Mall and Atlantis Aquaventure station at the final stop of the journey. Originally inaugurated in 2009, the 5.5 km monorail line is the only public transportation system on Palm Jumeirah for residents, visitors and tourists, and it is one of the most iconic ways to explore all its destinations, with a low impact on the surrounding environment.
