* Registration is strictly non-transferable. No participant/name changes will be entertained.

* A valid ID card is mandatory for entry and must be carried at all times.

* Traditional Garba attire is mandatory for the event.

* Garba will begin sharp at 7:30 PM. All participants are expected to reach the venue on time.

* Any form of misconduct, indiscipline or misbehavior will result in immediate disqualification/cancellation without refund.

* Medical conditions must be declared at the time of registration. Organizers will not be responsible for health emergencies.

* Consumption of alcohol, drugs or smoking/e-cigarette is strictly prohibited at the venue.

* Outside food, drinks or beverages are not permitted.

* Children below 8yrs will not be allowed inside the participant area for safety reasons.

* Footwear or shoes will not be allowed inside the Garba playing arena.

* Lost belongings are the sole responsibility of participants. Organizers will not be liable for theft or damage.

* Any damage to property caused by a participant will be chargeable.

* Organizers reserve the right to deny admission or cancel participation of anyone found violating rules.

* All decisions by the management/organizers will be final and binding.

* Participants are expected to respect safety protocols and cooperate with volunteers, security and management staff.
