Terms and Conditions

- Smoking is allowed for individuals aged 21 and above.

- We recommend that you arrive at least 1 hour prior to the venue for a seamless entry.

- Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

- Rights of admission reserved.

- No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matches, flammable items, illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue and seating area. Ticket holders' belongings will be searched upon entry. If ticket holders elect not to consent to such searches and/or are found in possession of prohibited items, they may be denied entry without refund or compensation.

- Please enter the full and correct name during the QR activation process. This may be used for on-ground verification/authentication at the venue. Carry your official government IDs.

- These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.

- The ticket is not valid for entry if the security features affixed on the ticket are tampered with.

- You agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19, H1N1, or any other communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the organiser.

- This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and the venue management.

- The organiser does not accept responsibility for any injury to persons, or any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

- The organiser and the venue shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorised copies or reproductions of this ticket. Except as stated herein, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or returned once purchased.

- The event is a drug-free event. Any ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying, or partaking in drugs or psychotropic substances as defined under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, will be evicted immediately from the venue without refund. The organiser reserves the right to initiate legal action against such individuals.

- The organiser has the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder appearing intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any behaviour likely to harass others, cause damage, injury, or nuisance at the event. The organiser’s decision is final.

- The use of audio and/or video equipment, including still cameras and recording devices, is strictly prohibited.

- The organiser does not accept responsibility for any injury caused to persons or any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
