Terms and Conditions

1. Weather: The event will take place rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather conditions or else a new date will be issued.
2. Pets: All pets attending the event must be properly vaccinated, well-behaved, and under the control of their owners at all times. Aggressive or disruptive pets may be asked to leave the event premises.
3. Medical Assistance: Pet owners are responsible for the well-being and medical needs of their pets during the event. Organizers will not be liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur to the pets during the event.
4. Event Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond the organizer's control, the event may be cancelled or rescheduled. In such cases, ticket holders will be informed about the cancellation or rescheduling, and a refund or alternate ticket options may be provided.
5. Pet Guarantee by Owner: By purchasing a ticket for the event, pet owners guarantee that their pets are in good health and are suitable to attend a public gathering. Owners take full responsibility for the behaviour and actions of their pets and any damage caused by their pets to property or other attendees.
6. Dog Bites: Pet owners understand that attending the event with their pets involves inherent risks, including the possibility of dog bites or other pet-related incidents. Owners are solely responsible for the actions and behaviour of their pets, and the organizers will not be held liable for any incidents or injuries caused by pets.
7. Photography and Media: By attending the event, pet owners consent to be photographed or filmed, and their images or videos may be used for promotional or marketing purposes by the event organizers.
8. Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets purchased for the event are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling as mentioned in point 4. Tickets are also non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or resold.
9. Code of Conduct: All attendees, including pet owners, must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone at the event. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event premises without a refund.
10. Poop and Pee Cleanup: As a pet parent attending the pet festival, you are solely responsible for promptly cleaning up after your pet's poop and pee. This includes properly disposing of waste in designated waste bags and depositing it in the provided dustbins.
11. Housekeeping Assistance: While housekeeping services will be available at the festival premises, their primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the event area. However, they may not be responsible for individual pet waste cleanup.
12. Waste Bag and Dustbin Availability: We will provide waste bags and strategically placed dustbins throughout the festival grounds for your convenience. Please ensure that you use the provided waste bags for pet waste disposal and deposit them in the designated dustbins.
13. People below the age of 16 need to have a guardian or parent with them and will be responsible for them.
