First of all, we truly appreciated the safety measures taken at the Play N Learn play zone. All the toys and play equipment were safe, allowing teachers and parents to confidently let children explore and move around freely. Children thoroughly enjoyed every section—especially the ball pool. The boys spent a lot of time in the car shed, while the girls loved engaging in role-play activities as doctors and chefs. The bean game was a favorite among all age groups. The trampoline with music was an absolute attraction for the children! The food served was hygienic and delicious, and the friendly, caring attitude of the caretakers was commendable. The Play N Learn staff warmly welcomed our children, ensured their safety throughout the visit, and even escorted them back with utmost care. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience for everyone. We are happy to have created such a lovely memory for our students. The parents were equally pleased and expressed their happiness over this wonderful field trip to the Play N Learn play zone.Read More

Deeply Hurt and Disappointed – From a Grandmother’s Heart I am writing this as a grandmother who feels truly heartbroken. This is the third time our little granddaughter has been turned away from Play & Learn at Inorbit Mall because of birthday events. Every time we bring her, she comes with so much joy and excitement, looking forward to playing. And every time something like this happens, her happiness turns into tears. What hurts even more is that we were not properly informed. Today, we specifically asked the staff if any event was going on. We were told it would end by 7:30 PM. Trusting their word, we brought her at that time. She walked in smiling and eager to play, only to be told she could not enter. Managing a small child’s disappointment is not easy. For two hours she cried, unable to understand why she was not allowed inside. As elders, it is very painful for us to see a child so upset over something that could have been avoided with clear communication. At the same time, they encourage parents to take a yearly package costing ₹8000. If families are expected to make that kind of commitment, then basic courtesy, honesty, and proper planning should also be given in return. If birthday parties are the priority, that is perfectly fine — but please communicate clearly and do not allow children to come with hope only to send them back in tears. As a grandmother, it is very difficult to accept this repeated disappointment. I sincerely hope the management understands that for us, this is not a small matter. We have celebrated our son's 6th birthday here, all of us and our guests enjoyed the party. Venu was an excellent fit interns of look & feel, kids enjoyed the play , party was super fun with all the activities and games by Play & learn team.
